Dear Ovies, fellow runners and friends
The start of August tells us that time is fast running out for those extra minutes in bed before we have to get up for a six o’clock race. Zwartkops is always a cold race so we went prepared this year with enough Old Brown sherry to make sure we don’t freeze along the way!
