CLUB BRAAI
First of all thank you very much to Marietjie and Sandi for the really nice salads you made for our February braai and Johan for the pap and sous. It was a lovely evening with Paul Durand (012-348 5245) and Gretha Botha (082 897 2163) sharing their expertise with us. Please contact Paul for your physio needs and Gretha if you are interested in the BOM IV injection. And thank you to Ronell and Elza for providing flowers for the table and Ronell also for organising the lucky draw.
The braai in March will be on the 7th after time trial. You are welcome to bring your meat, drinks, friends and family to braai with your running buddies. Coals will be provided.
